OUR PURPOSE

 

SWAYBO is open to young people, ages 8 to 18 or high school.

 

The SWAYBO training concept fulfills several objectives:

 

  • To create awareness of the economic system and how it affects the individual consumer.
  • To identify specific problems encountered in pursuing the business field and the causes of each.
  • To create the awareness or the presence of business techniques.
  • To teach the significance of certain terms used in business.
  • To explain various types of businesses that may be pursued.
  • To acquaint the youth to the world of work.
  • To provide motivation for personal success in all ventures or fields of endeavor.
  • To offer youth a practical business experience.
